Hi Sarcastic SID!
I answered your question about your diet on a different question site.... i just read the answer from "cloviscl"....That creep stole my previous answer! I can't believe he just cut and pasted it! What has this world come to when someone can't even use their own mind to answer a question! What a "j#$% a&%"!!!!
Sorry to use this space to vent, but he sooooo stinks!

why so many eggs? other than that looks good

This sounds very close to "Body for Life". You sound solid, but you may want to add more "live" foods. Use more vegetables, and at least one fruit a day. You can focus on low carb, but bring in the whole live foods. Also, you may get bored with this, and be more likely to "fall off the wagon". Use edamame for a good protein vegetable. Try to get a grapefruit in at least once a day. Sprinkle it with a little splenda or stevia. If you can, eat a fresh tomato with one of your meals. There are tons of ways to keep calories low and bring in some flavor. Instead of just egg whites, add some spinach and mushrooms when you cook your egg whites.
Good luck! I hope this is what you were looking for!

Great job incorporating lean proteins like turkey, fish and eggs!!! You also incorporated fiber in your diet with the cereal and almonds. I personally store carbs, which leads to weight gain, so I avoid most fruits. Bananas are rather high in carbs, while most berries are much lower in carbs. Berries are full of anti-oxidants that fight cancer and make your skin look great! Also, make sure you are drinking plenty of water... don't be tricked by coffee and diet soda.

If all of the above r eaten in 1 day, it's a lot. U won't lose weight this way.

The night snack of peanut butter & the 6 egg whites will really kill u.

Don't eat the skin from the turkey.

If meal 1 is b'fast, it is not enough for somebody whose 6'. Eat more at b'fast & reduce nightime meal amounts.

Add some vegetables - these will be far more filling and give you energy for any exercise you may be doing.

Loads of egg whites there, to me (being British), I can't quite understand how that would be nutritious or filling. Yes, the yolk contains cholesterol but a little fat is good for you as too little fat and your skin will dry out and your hair will start to drop.

I'd ditch the Meal 4 banana and add some fresh berries which are really good for you OR an apple - the crunch of eating it actual makes you feel like you are eating more than you are.

I'd get rid of the night snack of peanut butter, if you add some veg to meals 3 and 4, you'll be full enough not to need the peanut butter to keep you going 'til morning.

Make sure the turkey is proper turkey - not that "we got some turkey and mashed it up with preservatives and bulking agents, pressed it into this shape and cut it into slices". Proper turkey is very lean and very good for you, packaged stuff is full of bad additives and sugars.

Amount of eggs is fine, get rid of all yolks!! You need to be doing some cardio with your diet. Try doin some walking, then jogging, and work your way up to running. Keep in mind the more cardio, the more you need to eat; just dont change what your eating.

You could also get you some Protein powder for protein shakes if your gonna do some cardio. Great meal replacement, mix in some fruit and ice.

Drink plenty of water, if you drink alot you wont retain it.
If your gonna do peanut butter do the carb watchers kind with omega 3's. Cant remember the name brand, but you can get it at Walmart type stores. Or substitute pb for a protein shake, be sure to get protein powder with as little carbs and sugar as possible, check out bodybuilding.com.

Whats with meal #5. 6 egg whites? You do realize that almost all of the healthy stuff in eggs - the vitamins, nutrients and minerals - are found in the yolk. Go for 2 eggs and both yolks if you're desperate to get eggs every day, which I don't think is a great idea either. Also, after all of that protein during the day the natural peanut butter seems like overkill. 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter is probably an extra 200 calories. Go for fruit or low-fat dessert options instead.
