Answers: depends cuz there both working on diffrent parts of your pecks (chest) just do both

Start with flat ones, as it gets easier for you, then you should do incline bench presses.

This is called progressive working out.

You move to the inclined ones in about 2weeks

slight incline

To get the most well defined chest you need to use flat, incline, and decline bench presses both with barbell and dumbbells. Remember to do fly type exercises and to hit the back hard also.

Actually the incline is easier because there is less gravity at work . I recommend you start with the flat then as the pecs start to grow move to the incline and decline to shape and fine tune you can also experiment with hand position close works the inner and wide works the outer. Other chest developing exercises are push ups and back ups. when doing bench presses you are also working the triceps so you must also do curls you will find this helps your bench by developing the opposing mussel groups
