cause water gives u nutrients and ur body thirsts for it. its hands down the BEST beverage around. that way if ur dringing juice it has a lot of sugar so its now good for u. its the best so u well i dont know. thats all i can say.

Havent u learned anything in health class!!? jk (just kidding)

I never heard that... I drink protein shakes.

water helps EVERYTHING! Your body uses it as a flush to keep things clean and renewed! it helps with sore muscles as well! drink LOTS of it!

it help people lose water weight. but yeah if you drink water it does help fight muscle fatigue which I suppose would help you build mass in the long run.

I don't usually give fellas advice, because they reckon they are too macho and know it all, sorry, your're not like that but some are, so drink a lot of water as it flushes out the toxins easier when it is neat water and lots of it. Also, the most important thing it guards against it dehydration, but again advice - ask a coach to keep your right AND DON'T GET TO MUSCLEY AS WOMEN DON'T LIKE IT. Good luck..xx

sodium-potassium pump... electrolyte balance.

u need to eat MORE CALORIES THEN U BURN TO GAIN WEIGHT...whether its muscle or fat...PROTEIN AND COMPLEX CARBS ARE UR BEST CHOICE...along with healthy fats!...EAT MORE OF THESE TYPES OF SNACKS/FOODS ...

-Lean meats
-complex carbs(oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread/pasta)
-peanut butter or other nuts
-"proto pure" protein bars....each has 300 calories and 32 g protein but are low fat(7-8g), ok carb(around 26), very low sugar(1g), very healthy and delicious...i like the chewy chocolate chip and chocolate deluxe..or the regular "pure" protein bars but they are smaller and only have around 180-200 calories and 20 grams of protein
-loose granola
-dried fruit(especially raisins)-instead of fresh fruit
-muesli
-potatoes and corn instead of greens
-drink BOOST PLUS and ensure plus(the chocolate is the best) they have 350-360 calories each and have alot of vitamins, healthy fats, and the carbs u need...look them up...there is a difference between the regular and the plus...
-milk/other dairy products
-beans/seeds

water is really good BUT TRY SUM PROTEIN SHAKES TOO!
