Remember, the results you will get will be based on your dedication, determination, desire, and heart. If you want it, go for it.

The first thing you have to do is calculate your caloric intake necessary for you to gain QUALITY lean muscle tissue, not just weight.

In order to start putting on muscle mass, you need to consume 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. Your calories will vary depending on your daily activities (do you have a labor intensive job, etc), so do a little bit of work and do the math.

Second, you MUST do resistance training or lift weights. With your new found norishment, you must now work your muscles consistantly. No BS ing in the gym.

Im 6' 5" 265 lbs. Maybe I can help.

Fast and naturally = impossible. Fast= anabolic steroids.
Naturally= high carb diet, heavy weight lifting 5-6 times a week. Has to be regular no taking days off. Quitting is for girls.

Lift weights if you want to build up muscle mass. You have to do it regularly and religiously if you want to make any progress. Also, eat a normal healthy diet and do NOT take dietary supplements. There is no proof that they help. In fact, they could do harm. Stay away from them and just work hard.

Yeah i had the same problem..
Eat lots of high caloric food with lots of protien..and carbs...
Work out about 5 times a week...

i ate mcdonals...it not realy healthy but it gets the job done! lol

You can find a health and well being doctor near you for help. I went to one because i had the same problem, she prescribed me a thyroid pill to slow my metabolism.

Also you should lift weights, try a high calorie diet ( high being more than you burn), intake 1-2 grams of protein per pound of body fat daily. Especially within 45 minutes of a work out.

You can also have a doctor check your testosterone levels, if there low, you can get test shots.
