Print this to help you lose weight

Printable sheet for overweight people to try and lose weight

Cut out ALL : Cakes, crisps, and chocolate and hight in fat snacks.

Replace them with: Nuts, seeds, fruit, toast or cereals..

Drink lots of water - no calories

Also cut out all fast food - Macdonald's, kfc, pizza hut etc
instead you can go to - eg waterstones - where you can eat a panini.

Buy a pedometer, and try to do your 10,000 steps a day

Try to do some energetic dancing at home - This is a great way to burn off those calories.

No longer use the lift - use the stairs - you will be increasing your fitness, every time you use them.

Dance to eg - Girls aloud - something kind ooo

If you are walking in the park - try running - its good to build up a sweat.

Stick to this if you do want to loose weight

Depending on how much you weigh - stick to this about a month - and go on some scales..........And keep doing it

Without a fee? Well water always works believe it or not, walking could be part of your diet. Try vegetables, salads, fruits...be creative and make your own salad.

Its never good to have a diet that doesnt involve a lot of food.

But... if you really want to loose weight without a lot of food preparation then you should try having lots of veggies that are made up of a lot of water, so... tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber = meaning salads are always a good option... quick and easy to prepare, you should also eat a lot of asparagus and alfalfa if you are a vegetarian, as well as probably taking a protein supplement. and then for breakfast eat fruit, not too much, but enough so that you dont feel sick half way through your day. Also its good to eat small meals at various intervals throughout the day because you burn more calories that way. Last but not least I suggest that you refrain from cooking things too well, because it puts more starch in your diet and causes you to build up on bad fats. anyway I wish you the best of luck!

best diet??i think going to a gym one's or twice a week is a best thing to do...dont try not to eat because it is not advisable...you have to control urself in terms of food..avoid eating sweet food especially chocolates...ecercise2 and work out...
