I need help...?!


Question: i just got my bathing suit today
(bikini)
i love it its cute!
but when i walk my thighs and butt jiggle/move
so what can i do about this?
and my sotmach has gotten a bit bigger ( i want it toned)
so can you help me with exercises and tips
i'll do anything!!

Cardio... Cardio is a huge factor in losing body fat. That is my answer to anyone wanting to tone up for this summer. I would focus on exercises that keep your heart rate up cause that's what burns extra stored calories... I wouldn't get too much into weight training that you find to be "Heavy" but doing lunges with light weights, wall squats and things of that nature will contribute to a tone look but first thing is first... Cardio!

Walk/run and do squats.

run and cardio and eat healthy lots of fruit and no sugary foods and good luck im sure you will get what you are looking for.
