The end of March, mid April..?!

Question: I recently posted a question similar to this but I've added a few more details. I do 45 minutes of cardio each day, split up into two parts. 20 minutes in the morning, 25 minutes later in the day. I also do a 15 minute Ab Workout. Along with a healthy diet, plenty of water and Green Tea daily. Will I shed 5-10 pounds by Spring or mid April at least? I started this regimen about a week ago. I am not overweight, I think I am JUST right. 5''5 and 134 lbs. It's not so much losing weight as it's a matter of toning and tightening. Any suggestions? (My workout comes from the Turbo Jam DVD's)

You're a brilliantly healthy weight! Your goal is very achievable, but will depend on a lot of things. If your body thinks it's the right weight (which it will do!) it's unlikely to lose much. Maybe don't judge it by the weight you lose but by the inches you lose. Judging by weight can be a bit depressing. Muscle is denser than fat, meaning that even if you lose a lot of fat volume, you could stay the same weight due to increased muscle tone.

Good luck anyway! I don't have oomph to do anything like that :p

Absolutely !!! Keep it up !!!

You are already in a healthy weight range, so it might be harder to lose more weight easily. But 5 lbs in 5-6 week is definitely possible. Diet is the key. Keep eating healthy and do not starve yourself. If you can, also add resistance exercises. You don't need weights just start with bodyweight exercises like free squats, pushups, burpees, etc.
