I need to loose weight fast, how do i do it =/?!


Question: im trying to look good or summer like skinny, but im not sure how to loose weight fast, can someone please help me.

im trying to make sure when i sit down that i dont have any rollls or anything, does anybody know how to help me?

Okay here are mine!
~Avoid potatoe chips, fries, and McDonalds!
~Also avoid red meat, eat fish or chicken( not fried)
~Drink Green Tea!^^
~Don't drink soda, even if it is "diet." It conains artificial sweetners that make you gain weight! If you like it sweet, drink tea with honey!
~Exercise!!! Run or walk for 30 mins or more a day
~Get to bed early, it helps your metabolism charge
~Be positive, being happy burns lots of calories! ^^

Eat less, exercise more...?

OKAYYYY. just exercise. and try to limit yourself from sweets and carbs.. aka BREAD. thats everyones weakness. im sure you will look fine in a swimsuit!! [:

get a fitness ball about $10 and do sit-ups on it...it should help also eating lean meat lots of veggies and fruit and small portions about 6 times a day should help also lipton green tea or just green tea without any sugar boosts your metabolism

any cardio activity will burn fat, especially running. running is probably the best thing you can do for your body. it will help tone your legs and midsection and you will lose a ton of weight. eat healthy, too. try not to eat anything with too much fat (unless its a good fat, like dairy or nuts but even these should be limited). good luck!

First what you need to understand is that losing weight at a rapid rate can cause you many different health issues and quite possibly make you sick.

Pills and fad shakes really do not work for long term results.

The big thing is the portion size that you are eating.

You do not state your age, height, or weight.

If you want the best way to lose weight, go to the doctor who can sit down with you and define out a diet that will be best for you. You can also meet with a nutritionist who will also be able to assist you as well as teach you healthier ways of managing your weight as well as teaching you to understand what you are really putting into your body.

A healthy rate of weight loss should be no more than 2 pounds a week.

If anyone tells you otherwise, run.... run as fast as you can away from them because they are not taking YOU or YOUR overall health into mind or concern.
