Ive been eating kinda badly after I like workout?!


Question: since friday up until now. Have I ruined my diet. Like right now I can't put the junk food down lol it seems to go with the movie. Like I'm watching a movie so I have to have lots of chocolate and doritos its hard to say no. How can I make it better tomorrow or prevent this.

you have to keep those foods out of the house if their a problem until you can eat just a little at a time. i can get like that sometimes too if i deprive myself for too long. just dont beat yourself up. get right back on your diet tomorow and rember how bad you felt about it pretty much thats it

Eat a full, varied meal as soon as you can after working out; definitely within an hour. If you get MOSTLY carbs, essential fats, and plenty of protein, you'll actually feel every cell in your body thanking you. Try a vitamin B supplement too, if you feel unusually deprived afterward. You may just really want to consume things to get something your missing.
