If I just ate...?!


Question: chicken nuggets, french fries, pop, hummus, jelly beans, hot fries, and potato chips...how come i'm still hungry?

NOTE: I'm am not overweight, I'm not underweight. I do not gain any weight, nor lose any.

And another question, since i eat a lot and never gain anything, is that because i "graze"?

some people dont realize it but they r actually thirsty. our bodies sometimes can get confused. try drinking a lot of water. it could really help.

I go through fazes like that. I don't know why.

that happens to me too. i eat a lot and never really feel full. i still dont gain weight though.

u have a high metabolism
as soon as your body intakes something, your insides digest it very quickly

those are all junkfood and refined carbs. those dont keep you full for long. Go for something like a baked potato, nuts, veggies, wholegrains, and fruit. not the junk...but once in a while its ok.

Elizabet it could be simply HABIT and laziness!! Of course we can't be bothered standing cooking, but try getting back in to the kitchen, I did reluctantly, and feel and LOOK GREAT eating decent healthy food. Weight has nothing to do with it in fact if I was eating badly, at least I would know cos. I would put on weight. If you don't you may still damage your body with too much salt, saturated fat, sugar - all unseen, and you are bound to be sluggish and lazy and HUNGRY as your are not eating slow GMI food. Grazing is actually good for you especially diabetics who follow their blood sugar levels, but cast aside all the rubbish and feel better. GOOD lLUCK xx Camilla,I managed to do it, so anyone can.

WELL GRAZING IS HEALTHY but u might have a fast metabolism...i have ocd and my obsession is eating and i have over 12500 calories a day!!! imagine how much food that is!

all the fast food / junk food is filled with chemicals that sort of make the food less filling. it's the trick that fast food restaurants use to get you to keep buying more food, because you have to eat more and more of it to fill you up. that along with MSG

i get that alot if your chinese/asian,
it's just part of the metabolism
