Ok, i need HELP on my weight?!


Question: ok well i eat snacks like candy and stuff. and i used to not gain as much weight but now i think that im gaining alot in like 80 pounds and im 12 almost 13 and i really need help i htink i will get dised at school if i keep gaining weight . what do i do

Wait, you gained 80 pounds? Or you are now 80 pounds?

If you gained 80 pounds, you must be eating A LOT of candy! lol. But just eat healthier and you will lose it.

If you are 80 pounds, you are actually a bit under weight.

Either way, don't worry. You are experiencing a growth spurt and are growing taller, and the whole 9 yards. No need to worry.

it dont matter what others think of your weight what matters it your happy with yourself and your healthy and dear u still have your baby fat dont worry so much hun

im 13 and like.. two months old & i weigh 110.
and, i don't call myself fat.
except when i get all bloatedd. XP
but anyway, 80 pounds is like nothing.

besides; your body is still growing.
BUT, if you really want to loose weight..
simplest solution ever; exercise.

umm.. well, then you do need to loose some.
but no problem, try taking up a sport or activity that's fun for you.
try signing up for dance/tennis/basketball/volleyball with one of your friends and it'll be super funn [=
or if you wanna exercise solo, blast the music in your room and dance like no ones watching.
or, get on the ground and do some old fashioned sit ups.
for inspiration, put a bag of chips next to you & tell yourself you can eat one after 20 sit ups. hahahh; i did that once. i surprised my self so much cause i did like 200 sit ups just for 10 chips. =P
or run in place NON-STOP for 5-10 minutes. i do that and run around my house. hehh; but hey. it works [=

also, get rid of your bad eating habits !
lay off the fatty snacks since they hardly make you full & are full of fat.
switch and eat fruit or something nutritious instead.
only eat when your actually hungry.
don't just get up to eat when your bored & have nothing to do.
besides what i said here, i really know nothing about nutrition [X

You are going to through puberty and you will be gaining weight.
Eighty pounds is too much.
Stop eating candy, I know that is hard to do but if you want chocolate-eat natural chocolate like Green and Black and make sure it's 70% cocoa.
No red meat .
Eat fruit the first thing in the morning, fruit takes about thirty-thirty five mins to digest.
Eat a salad before you eat your meal.
Also you may need to incorporate cardio (like running, or aerobic) anything to get your heart rate up
You are still young so your metabolism is still strong.
If you do all this you will lose all the weight and be in shape and be the hottest in your school.

I suggest stopping with the junk food while you still can.
by the time you're 16, you'll be too lazy to do anything about your weight, no matter how much it bothers you.
