What routine gave you amazing abs in a short period of time?!


Question: I already do 45 minutes of cardio each day, and a 15 minute ab workout after. The cardio actually has some ab routines incorporated in it as well. I know eating habits play a big part, but I've been maintaining a healthy diet for quite some time now. I just recently began working out.. a little over a week now. What ab workouts did you do to get yours? Please go into full detail -- how to do them, how often, how long, when I will see results, etc. Thanks so much! xo

No matter how many abs exercises you do they're not going to show unless you lose the fat first. So stick to doing your 45min of cardio. You don't have to work out your abs everyday, maybe 2-3 times a week. I just do crunches, then I lay down kick my legs over my chest(for lower abs), then for my obliques I do bicycle kicks. I don't know how long it will see results because I don't know how much you weigh. Just be patient, and eat healthy otherwise all the running is a waste.

It shouldn't take long considering your weight, you are already skinny so maybe a month or so.
