Is this possible? (wanting prepregnancy body back)?!


Question: We are going on vaca in 3 weeks....I had our son 5 weeks ago..I gained a total of 45 lbs throughout this pregnancy. I started out at a fit 130 (5'5") I worked out daily..and ended up 175 giving birth to a 9 lbs 2 oz little boy. Last I checked (2 weeks ago) I had lost 30 lbs. I am a loose sz 10...I used to be a tight 6 loose sz 8 (prepregnancy).... I really would like to be a loose 8 before I go on vaca in 3 weeks....Is this possible? I have started working out with a mini trampoline (it came with an excercise dvd) despite the fact that I feel like I am going to pee my pants the entire time..lol.....

Is it possible to drop another 15 lbs before I go? Also, I am breastfeeding..... any help on how to loose the weight...or how you lost your baby weight I would really appreciate. Thanks.

5 lbs a week while breastfeeding is not healthy. Go for a goal of 2 lbs a week. Then, exercise and a bit of dieting will make it easy, with no issues on breast milk. A crash diet requires a lot of supplements, to retain the vitamins a body needs. Those will go straight to the baby, in an uncontrolled amount. Not good. Just wait for the next vacation to look stunning, this time settle for a healthy baby and a bit trimmer!

I used to workout on a trampoline so much fun. i didnt have a dvd tho. I used to just jump around..duh but also try running in place and kick up your legs as high as you can and try to do it at least 30 min a day. You might be able to lose 5-7lbs in 3 weeks but prob not 15...also eat healtheir cut out sugar and bad stuff(im tryin to do that now)

I don't think you can lose 15 pounds healthily in three weeks but it is possible to lose some. Make sure that you are eating well since you are breastfeeding and try to get a half hour of exercise a day. You should vary your workouts, and if the doctor will allow, start doing some crunches to firm up the tummy.
