you can eat things like grilled chicken and of course salads with grilled chilcken in them.. grilled chicken is fast and easy.. y ou can eat a turkey sandwhich as it is healthier then any other sandwhich would be.. if you go to the www.BiggestLooser.com site they have tips on there that can also help you too... stay away as much as you can from breads and sugars.. and you can also use splenda sugar product instead of sugar would also help... good luck to you...

You can lose 10-25 pounds in one month... safely. Just follow these rules.

I lost 92 pounds, down from 325 lbs. The first week I started eating this way I lost 8 pounds... but it was probably because I was so big to begin with.

The rules are...
Food group 1
Fats, meats, oils, cream, butter

Food group 2
Veggies (no avocado or potatoes or carrots, these turn immediately to sugar when they hit your saliva).

Food group 3
Carbohydrates, rice, pasta, potatoes, non fat milk.

Food group 4
Fruit, eat only in the morning, on an empty stomach, about an hour before breakfast, not after. Don't eat it at night.

Rule... eat anything from group 1 with anything from group 2.
Rule... eat anything from group 2 with anything from group 3.
Rule... Do NOT eat group 1 with group 3.
Rule... No soda, caffeines, whole milk, yogurt, avocados, bananas all of these have fat and carbos so when you want to lose weight don't eat them. Afterwards you can.

Picture this in your head, insulin from your pancreas is secreted, to help digest sugars, and anything digested with it will be 'stored' as fat. So if you want the pasta and bread, don't have the butter or oil or meat, instead have a marinara tomato sauce, or sauted veggies with garlic, no oil or butter with carbos... remember.

ok my mom is trying to loose weight 2. its to hard 2 cut out foods, so limit yourself to 1 serving a week(of only sweet) Then every morning for breakfast make a drink with 1/2 cup soy milk and 1/2 chocolate soy milk, and you favirote fruit and a scoop of whey protein powder and your done!

Its not the food which is the problem its lack of exercise,i dont know how obese you are so losing weight might take a few years.I used to be fat when i was younger i wasnt obese but i was fat.One day a friend asked if i wanted to take up kickboxing so i did it and 2 years later i was still doing it,i had lost all the weight and i wasnt just slim i was very flexible and fit and i felt really good.

p.s a diet is just the lazy and slow way to lose weight do not diet,just eat less of the food you love and exercise hard.

Exercise is the key, if you go on a diet it could take 5 years before you see real results so i suggest you put your mind in gear and just go out and find some kind of hard exercise you can force yourself to do everyday.You can still eat the food you love as long as you exercise hard twice per week.Find a martial arts class and by the end of the year you will be overjoyed at how good you feel and how much weight you have lost,good luck

Where you live makes no difference what foods you should eat, if you need to lose weight then join a slimming club nearby or speak to your doctor.

Fad diets and counting calories are not healthy ways to lose weight. You can still eat a lot of food and lose weight and not just salads.

I live on slim chips, roast potatoes, ( these things are baked with a spray low cal oil), pasta, chilli made with quorn. I still manage to lose weight and am never hungry.

Honestly search online for slimming world you can do the diet online and it is awesome.

its pretty simple, once u start exercising -buy a bike, go to the gym
portion control- take half the amount u usually do! and stop eating when ur just full!
also, get ur family involved in supporting u, make sure there is no 'rubbish' food in ur house.

oh i found the most effective way is to cut out white bread and rice and stick to wholemeal- ull notice the difference v. soon!
