What are the best exercises to lose weight on my thighs without getting muscley?!


Question: I'm trying to lose weight, I'm 6ft tall and weigh 11 stone, but I'm out of proportion, all my fat seems to have gone straight to my thighs. How do I get rid of it fast? What specific exercises? Thanks x

The bad news is that the body cant focus on one part to burn fat. Do leg workouts wont burn leg fat specifically, only tone the muscles in your legs. The only way to burn fat anywhere in your body is to do cardio. Everybody's body works in a different way, so nobody can really tell you which part of your body will lose fat first, but if you keep doing cardio you'll eventually notice which parts of the body is burning fat the quickest.

Doing lunges and leg extentions will definetly tone and build muscle so when the fat is burned away, youre legs will show their new shape.

Best way to do it is to Cardio(run/swim/cycling) for like 45 minuts
