Healthy Sister??!!!?!


Question: My sister is 13, Around the waist she is about 28-30inchs, she weighs about 6stone...38kilograms is she healthy??? She wants to slim down and have a healthy diet....1. what excersize can she do to slim down and how long will it take 2. what should/shouldnt she be eating??? Thanks..

She sounds healthy and at 13 I wouldnt be encouraging her to slim down, she should still do daily esercise but it shouldnt have to be more than walking for 30 mins every day. Healthy diet is important, so a lot of fruit and veg, tonnes of water.

burpies and running are good cardio. not too many fruits. high sugar and too much water can also mess her up. just regulate food intake, use common sense. burpies are hands straight up, then shoulders, waist and drop for push up. jump back into place and repeat.
