A great workout for your...?!


Question: abs and "love handles". I mean, the love handles aren't that noticeable but they also aren't that appealing -- to me anyway. I know in order for abs to show, you must lose any excess fat. Not a problem, I've been doing 45 minutes of cardio daily. Anyways, do you have any amazing/quite simple ab exercises and oblique exercises that work wonders? Thanks! xo (Also, could you include how many reps, times a week, when I will see results)? =]

For the obliques, side planks are good. I would say do a minute of that twice. Oblique crunches, 15-25 3 times. For the actual abs, my favorite workout is a superset, which means I go directly to the next exercise. First, i do 25 reverse crunches, than 25 regular crunches, and than 25 bicycles. That gives me a very good burn. I would say workout your abs everyother day.

on abs, i found that good old fashion sit-ups holding a 10-25 lb weight on chest is pretty effective.

You have most of it right. Abs are made in the kitchen. One thing is for sure, dont over work them. That can make them take longer to form.
