The fastest way you lost weight?!

This is directed to 'B'. One word, NO. You will NOT get fit by sitting in a steam room. You lose water weight (which comes right back when you drink your water) and the only thing that will be healthier is your skin. Your friend is an idiot for thinking that and needs to be educated and you are an idiot for trying to spread harmful ignorance. Yes, harmful.

Advice to everyone, don't answer a question if you don't have the slightest clue what you are talking about.

Oh, and we have a second dumb--- in here. Jeffrey, skipping meals is the worst way to lose weight. You need to eat 6-8 meals equaling up to 2000-2500 calories over the course of the day.

Might as well answer the question. To lose weight, you need to
a) eat right and eat often
b) exercise atleast 3 days a week
c) drink water, doesn't increase your metabolism but does help to remove toxins from your body...plus, your cells need it
d) 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat, perfect diet for sedentary to moderately active individuals.
e) dedication. results don't come fast or easy, you work for them and then you keep them

Weight loss isn't about speed it's about determination. If you lose it too fast you are destined to gain it back just as fast.

Exercise, and eat properly. No joke. Check out CNN they just had this article where this huuuuge girl, almost 300 pounds got kicked off a roller coaster and decided she wanted to change her life. She was miserable and not very attractive whatsoever. Now, a few years later she lost 180 pounds from exercising and eating right. She's a PERSONAL trainer. People can do it, you wouldn't believe what she looks like now..absolutely gorgeous!

Eat fruit and veggies, drink 2 liters of water a day, work out for an hour a day. Don't eat processed food, and eat 5-6 little meals a day.

Cut down the meat, chicken, and soft drinks. If you feel hungry, grab a fruit rather than go to the nearest food chain. :-)

Eat small portions of food every 2-3 hours. A lot of people say cut dinner but I believe that only promotes the chance of gaining even more weight. Oh and exercise everyday, 30 minutes of jogging around the park or a sport for an hour. Doing crunches everyday is helpful as well.

GIVE UP SODA FOR 30 DAYS! IT HELPS A LOT!
GIVE UP CHIPS TO (or something thats junkie which you always eat)! Then you will get used to not eating those foods

dont eat anything but vitamins (oranges) protien or pottasium (bananas) or vegetables for about a month and exercise
2 times a day and youll lose what? 5-10 pounds oh and for a lunch idea FRUIT SALAD!! yum!! :)

Watched my calories(I ate everything in sight including fried chicken and pastries-I just ate really small meals), exercised(I went clubbing twice a week and jogged 30 minutes 2 days a week), and had vigorous sex daily(more exercise). Weight loss total: 49 lbs. Time it took: 3 and 1/2 months.

lots of raw sex

for short term, weight loss, cut your water weight, and eat alot less and just suck it up, i cut my water weight by running alot with like ALOT of clothes on and not drinking alot of water, (dont do this for long term weight loss)
then, for long term, slowly cut calorie intake, no foods with too much fat and jog long distances

also if you spit... every time saliva builds up.... you can lose like 3 pounds in afew days... but its just water weight...

The slower you lose the weight, the more likely you are to keep it off. Be patient.

For me? I work for Fedex Express in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was 265 lbs when I was hired and I was immediately placed on the A.M. offload (removing packages from the cans) and I lost 55 lbs in a matter of months just by doing this alone! It is very hard doing all that lifting and It took me a little while to get used to this kind of labor. After removing things from the cans I go to my truck and lift more stuff as I deliver them to their destinations. I love what I do but if you aren't inclined to do manual labor then I wouldn't advise it for anyone. You could also eat less (stay away from fast food!) fatty foods coupled with drinking lots of water and excersize. That worked for me in college.
