Make sure that you do not over eat. Over eating means that you eat more than your body burns, thus causing your body to store energy (fat). Most guys have the problem with fat storing around their weist. Do like 200 sit ups a day.
You have to make sure that you eat plenty of food because you don't want to mess your body up while you are young. Just be sure to take it easy on the deserts and junk food (like soda or potatoe chips or anything that comes from white potatoes). Try to eat about 2,500 - 3,000 calories each day, increase meat servings and decrease bread and grain intake.
Eat like 5 times a day (consuming 2,500-3,000 calories total), but spread your meals out about 3 hours apart - breakfast, a snack between breakfast and lunch, lunch, a snack, then dinner. Try your best to eat the same time every day. And eat lots of fruits and veggies.

try setting a calorie limit. thats what I do.

eat healthy and running wouldn't hurt, eat would also increase your performance in all those sports.

Hi, usually when people work out and eat right, they get down on themselves that their belly is still there. The belly is sometimes the last to go when trying to lose weight. When you are exercising, are you elevating your heart rate high enough? Does that cardio workout last for more then 20 minutes? If not, then that might be hindering your weight loss goals.
Sometimes, people also get into routines in their workouts. Try something different or workout with more intensity.

As far as dieting goes eat more times a day, but lower portion amounts. Complex carbs such as whole grain breads, pastas and vegetables are good for you. Avoid simple carbs that have alot of sugars in them. Your simple carbs should come from milk, fruits, and yogurt. I would also try to take in some protein to build some lean body mass. The more you have, the more calories you burn a day.
