Can you recommend a good way to reduce weight?!


Question: Exercise = 30 minutes a day plus sit ups, squats and weights.

I do 10 minutes of running and 20 minutes of walking.
30 ab crunches a day.
15 arm raises with 4kg weights.

DON'T do all of that straight away.

I cut out all cakes, sugar, soft drink etc.
Its hard, but you get over it. The first day is the hardest.

WATER.ALWAYS.ON.YOU!
Best thing i've ever done is to carry a water bottle with me. When I'm tempted for that yummy, sweet thing I drink water.

Water helps you loose weight.

I eat 3-4 peices of fruit a day.
Have at least 2 veggies a day.
Don't eat alot of pasta/potatoes/rice.
Don't drink juice.
Eat 5-6 small and healthy meals a day to speed up your metabolism.

Yeah, its not rocket science =]

Stay away from high-fat food even junk food..they contain no vitamins but, a lot of fat and cholestrol..

have an exercise regularly in gym..it can reduce ur weight if u do it regularly..Ok..?

Yep, exercise, healthy eating and careful with the alcohol!

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.

A good way to reduce weight is the tried and true method of eating less and exercising more. I don't think you need to cut out anything, but eat less of it and eat it in moderation. Also doing about 4-5 days a week of cardio exercise for about 45-1hr helps to burn fat, and about 3-4 days a week of strength training helps to keep your metabolism up and turn fat into muscle which in turn causes you to burn more calories even at rest. You also have to look at your weight loss goals and your current eating habits.
