Is 45 minutes 7 days a week too much cardio for me to do? I'm trying to lose!

Question: you need at least 1 day off to keep you sane. i would include in those 45 mins warmup and cooldown at a reduced pace. cardio is also good for your heart, good luck!

Vary your cardio routine, one day do running, one day do biking, one day do jumping rope/jumping jacks. If you continue doing the same cardio every day your muscles get used to it. Also, the cardio will burn fat, but you also want to tone the muscle underneath so I would recommend alternating days of cardio and weights.
Example:
Day 1 - Running
Day 2 - Upper body weights
Day 3 - Biking
Day 4 - Lower body weights
Day 5 - Step aerobics or jumping rope
Day 6 - Abdominal/Core work with medicine ball and Push ups
Day 7 - Rest and recoup.. muscles need a day off

Make sure you are getting 8 hours of sleep a night, your body needs the sleep to recoup and heal those muscles. Make sure you are drinking 8-10 glasses of water or more.. don't wait til your body feels dehydrated before drinking water.

Keep in mind that muscle is heavier than fat.. a lot heavier. I would do measurements on yourself to chart your progress, not a scale. You'll get a slimmer/toned look and your weight may not change dramatically even though you are getting slimmer.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process (it's really good for detox, you'll feel much healthier). I recommend you check this website
http://www.diet-easy-now.us , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
