Possible to lose 15 pounds of water weight?!


Question: i have lost 15 pounds this month, but it doesn't look like it at all. is it possible that it's all water weight? why don't i see the difference? even the measurements haven't changed, and i havent been working out. help?

It depends how big you are. If you're 300 pounds, 15 pounds is barely going to show. If you're 150 pounds, 15 pounds should definitely show. Have other people noticed? Are you sure your pants aren't getting a little looser....your belt isn't on the next notch?
No, I don't think you could lose 15 pounds of just water weight.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

I think the giant might be very right. If you just quit on certain foods depending on how your mechanism works and spends then it could be very affective.
