What do i do NOW? Belly fat!?!


Question: so over a year ago i started a job at Dairy Queen/Orange Julius. That's bad enough by itself, I couldn't resist eating all that nasty stuff. THEN I got on birthcontrol (the PILL '~') so I was TOTALLY unaware that it would make me crave stuff... so I worked a lot and consequently I would eat a lot of the stuff at my work. I'm 5'1 and I weighed 100lbs when I first started working at Dq. Over a matter of say, 6-7 months I was at 124lbs!!! I got off the pill started eating a lot better no nasty stuff lost 14 pounds and was at 110, and just today I weighed myself and I weigh 106. Which is good. BUT NOW I still have a belly kinda, its gross. What should I do? I eat very well now A LOT of veggies all that kind of stuff. What can I do to make that belly go away??? I know its gonna be hard! Any information is appreciated! Thanks :)

you have the discipline the belly fat may be from water retention drink at least a half gallon of water a day and lower your sodium aka salt intake I bet that is it!

Do about 1hour of carido everyday (30Mins Jog/Run 30mins Speed Up Hill Or normal.) Then straight after go onto the weights because your still burning fat if you do it straight after cardio. Also do some crunches after the weights about 250 & then do the crunches again before you go to bed. Keep eating healthy & drink lots of water. Goood luck :)
