do not GO on a diet. What happens when your done with the diet? Instead make a lifestyle change. Allow your self to eat SOME junk food. Think of it like life. You go on vacation but you always come back home. home=lifestyle vacation=junk food.

Make sure you are drinking your water, at least 8-8 ounce glasses per day. Usually when you think you are hungry your body is telling you to drink water, losing the weight too fast is not a good idea, you tend to gain twice as much daily.
Don't DIET, make a healthy lifestyle change but changing your eating habits, and eat six small meals instead of 3 big ones, eat smaller meals does not give you the opportunity to get hungry. Read nutrition labels on the food products, buy a food scale to weight you foods.
Just make sure you are losing the weight for you and for a healthier you.
Good luck you can keep it down, keep a journal of all the foods you eat and this will make you aware if you are eating too much or not enough and if right foods or not.
