Is it okay to workout after you've eaten?!


Question: Well, obviously it's okay. But how long should I wait to workout after I've eaten? Today I made a protein shake, waited a half and hour and did 45 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of ab training. I JUST ate some extremely delicious and healthy Shrimp Gumbo and I want to do a 20 minute cardio workout. How long should I wait to do this?

You should wait around 1-2 hour's.
Because the dinner you ate needs to be digested first.
And that'll be finished around 1-2 hour's.
