How long did it take for you to lose your belly flab (postpregnancy)?!


Question: My belly looks almost back to normal if I suck it in.... That is with a shirt over it..... However it's certainly not bikini ready.I had my little boy 5 weeks ago. My midwife has said I can start working out again. So I am trying to get back into the workout schedule I had before I found out I was pregnant. I am doing 120 crunches every other day, doing the trampoline and breastfeeding...I realize now that I will not be able to drop the extra 15 lbs before vaca in 3 weeks. I had such a nice flat tummy prepregnancy (whaaaaa :( ) How long with working out do you think it will take to get it back? Or atleast start seeing results? Thanks.

with a 120 crunch everyday you will get your flat tummy back within 3 to 6 months (sometimes it can take a year) just be careful with your diet and keep exercising... good luck :))
