Can you give me a healthy eating plan and excersise plan?!


Question: I'm 15. Size 4/6 (UK) ( 0/2US) I'm 86lbs. I don't want to lose weight. I want to tone up.

You should exercise about 30 minutes at least 5 days a week. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables (in their raw state as much as possible). Drink plenty of water and eat good, complex carbohydrates like brown rice, porridge and other whole grains. Decrease meat meals to once or twice a week. Eat more chicken, fish and beans. Most of all...avoid take aways.

try joining weight lifting, and maxing out in the weight room. Make sure you get a lot of protien in your diet... drink lots of water. Eat more lean meats.... and vegetables! Fruit and nuts are also really good!

Okay well, I eat a lot of veggies and i don't eat meat. I'm really healthy but if your not ready to give up meat like i did (i don't eat it because its not right to kill animals in my opinion) Than you can eat it then but not too much. Also remember to drink water and not too much pop. Get involved in sports you enjoy and remember that if you don't wanna practice and its a team, than don't get on a team.
