no, see if you want just eat high protein foods like fish, tuna, steak mixed with your greens, creatine will make you gain water weight quickly it's easy to lose if you add running of some sort of cardio in your exercise
Creatine can cause kidney problems, and kidney damage just becareful using if you chose to use it

Creatine isn't intended to help you build muscle other than to give you more endurance while lifting. What you need to do is more cardio. Weight lifting does little to burn fat.

Creatine is more of an oxidant. It sends more blood vessels to the particular muscles you are working on. As of right now studies have been done and it has not been proven that creatine interferes with growth. To be absolutely safe I would stay off of it for a couple more years. Not enought studies have been done on it yet. Just increase weight and do power repetitions, that is the best way to add muscle mass.

I hear that stuff is barely legal because it's quite unhealthy for you. Just go work out and eat a lot of healthy food. Worked for me, got a six pack n everything.
