How good will this work to lose weight?!


Question: This is the daily plan:

Morning:
Special K(118 cal~) / 2 slices of brown bread.
Glass of milk(half full milk).

Lunch:
2 pistolet brown bread.
0,3liter yoghurt drink(fat/sugar free).

Dinner:
Just a normale dinner that a normale human eats.
Rice/Meat/chinese food and such..

Around 1/2 hour's after dinner I go to the gym and after the gym i eat sometimes 1/2 slices of brown bread, that'll be around 10
