I have two friends that are. One lost 30 lbs on it and the other 17 lbs. Im going to get on it too. Im not overweight but trying to lose a little bit of weight. They havent complained about anything with it. They both soooo love it.

I felt doppy and lightheaded and in general mind-altered. In the first few weeks I felt on the verge of a panic attack at all times and at times like I couldn't catch my breath----like I couldn't take a deep breath---which was very anxiety-producing.
