I hate to criticize other people's answers, but not being conditioned enough is not really the right answer, though it could be...

Have you tried exercising on an empty stomach, like first thing in the morning before eating anything?

Are you drinking enough while working out?

Are you overdoing it?

Nausea from working out can be caused by a few things: motion sickness (people sometimes get this on stationary bikes and rowing machines), over-exerting yourself, too much food in your stomach, not enough food in your stomach (half-full stomachs allow stuff to slosh around, which triggers motion sickness in some people, fill up on water and see if this fixes the issue, but if you start to get a stitch in your side, slow down (don't stop), rest up until it goes away, and then stop working out for that session), and inner-ear issues (like a recent ear infection, allergies acting up, etc).

I hope this helps you figure out what's going on. If it persists and nothing helps, see a doctor.

you are not conditioned well enough

you're out of shape....or you're doing too much.

If after workingout you feel sick it would be because you are out of shape it will be a couple days to a couple weeks before this will go away but keep doing it even tho it makes you feel sick and it will go away maybe just a little less working out and dont work out right after meals

You over worked your self or maybe your dehydrated because you sweat alot so you need to drink lots of fluids.

Over doing it for one , especially if its been a while. Not enough fluids and you should be eating an energy bar or two during your workout

do not eat or drink anything for about one hour BEFORE you work out. maybe that's upsetting your stomach?
