PLS ANSWER **weight loss** IF I DO THIS:?!


Question: If im only eating once a day but vomiting and drinking lots of water and a lil pepsi max and taking a laxitive every 4 days but walk alot....
How long will it take to lose 10kgs?!?!?!?
And by walking that much i wont gain muscle will i cos im not really eating..... PLS ANSWER i know this is silly but i realy really need to lose weight fast.... so no lectures PLS oxox thank you

maybe you'll lose about 8 pounds but you will be very sick along the way so just lose it the healthy way exercise and eat right.

first of all... if you don't want lectures than don't do stuff that people are going to (and should) lecture you on!

A laxative isn't really neccessary for weight loss. Eating is important so you should be eating more and NOT vomiting!!

You will not increase muscle by walking or running or lifting light weights! You need resistance for your muscles to increase size, so lifting 1-2kg weights will not increase muscle size in women!

it SHOULD be taking 8-12 weeks to lose 10kgs.

you will honestly kill your self before you lose that 10 kgs.
just eat healthy food and put in some excersize gradually.

but your way of losing weight will cause you to gain more weight then you began with...because eventually you will have massive cravings.

You prob are rarely in good moods and feel bad about yourself often, which is because your not eating right!

Just eat healthy foods liek fruit smoothies, yogurt, omelets, ceasar salalds, and dont eat junk that often. Your prob. a kid so a candy bar every few days wont hurt either! If you exercize alot you can lose alot of weight and feel great!

Oh my! You are in serious trouble. You know with out anyone here telling you that you are behaving in bulimic ways. Please Seek help. It is OK to want to lose weight, but not the way that you are going about it.

Oh Mandy, you are way on the wrong track girly....you need to eat 3 HEALTHY meals a day.....and a couple HEALTHY snacks a day....keep up the walking....get rid of the laxatives and for gosh sakes....stop making yourself vomit. You are only losing muscle tone, fluids and forcing your body to go into a "oh my god, she is try to kill us" mode and will shut down calorie burning by slowing down the metabolism to preserve and protect itself.
Can I ask....where are your parents??? You really need to rething this whole thing.
