Well First Off You Gotta Realize That Any Amount Of Weightloss Attempted Will Be A Hard Endeavor. You Just Have To Stay Focused On The Task At Hand & Realize What It Is You Want For Sure So You Can Accomplish It & I'm Sure You've Heard U Have 2 Have 10% Body Fat Or Less 2 See The Pack

1) Drink Low Calorie Bevarages.
Such As Powerade, Gatorade, V8, Or Propel. Water Never Hurts Either LOL. You Don't Wanna Get Hundreds Of Calories Just From Liquid Intake Alone. Cutting Just Sodas, Juice, & Etc Out Of Your Diet Will Help A Lot Itself.

2) Eat Less
In The Past I've Gotten Ahead Of Myself Eating A Lot & Not Working Out & Found Myself Gaining Like 5 Lbs That Week. When I Cut My Diet Down Alone I Saw A Difference.Just Cutting Down Even Without Workout Will Help. You Also Don't Have To Go All Out Buying Fancy Meals. I Know The Average Person Doesn't Always Have A Big Budget For Salads & Other Healthy Foods Because They Can Be Pricey.Just Cut Down. Also Don't Eat Any Unnecessary Sweets Such As Cookies, Cakes, & Things As Such. If The Foods That You Can Afford Are Salty Or Fatty Or Whatever, Cool. But Just Eat It In Moderation. Meaning Every Now & Then Or So Not Much Of It. I'm Not One To Tell You To Go Buy Fish, Baked Chicken & All That Cause You Don't Need It To Lose Weight. But In Your Situation With Your Deadline Bein So Close For How Much U Want To Lose U Should Consider The Healthy Route.

3) Workout
You Don't Have To Have Fancy Workout Equipment Either. Jumping Jacks, Running In Place & A Rack Of Crunches Don't Hurt Too. I'm Not One To Run a List Of Workouts To You Because You Know What You Like To Do The Best. Just Something That Will Keep You Occupied Because When Your Just Working Out By Yourself With No Music Or Anything It Will Get Boring & Make You Want To Stop.

4) Stay Motivated.
If You Are Truly Motivated To Lose Weight You Will Make The Sacrifices Necessary To Get To Your Goal Weight Or Your Best Shape Possible. You Will Give Up That Favorite Donut Or That Dessert Every Night. It'll Be Hard Especially If You Love Something But The End Results Will Be The Best & Once You're There You'll Be That Much Happier Knowing That You Resisted That Slice Of Cake & Chose To Go Workout Instead & If You Find Yourself Falling Of Track Think Of When You Get Ya Pack. I Mean Everybody Has a Different Reason Why They Want To Lose Weight. For Me I Wanted To Look Better, Feel Better, & Get A Better Selection Of Girls. I Did It For Me Though Because In The Long Run I Knew That I Was The Only One That Needed To Be Satisfied With Myself. Not The Girl Down The Block Or The Boy That Was Picking On Me In School Everyday(Just An Example) . If I You're Happy Than That's All That Matters. Just Think Of When U Get To Your Goal It'll All Be Worth It.

To show off your abs, you need to burn off the layer of fat that is covering them. To do this you need to go on a calorie restricted diet and do a lot of exercise including cardio and sit ups. The layer of fat will not go away by simply doing sit ups and crunches. If you already have a low body fat percentage than doing situps and crunches will help you. Don't go crazy with them. A lot of people go to the gym and fo hundreds of situps and crunches every day. They treat their abs differently from every other muscle in the body.
