How do i get my arms bigger?like more muscular?!


Question: Hey,im trying to gain weight to my arms,
i lift weights and my arms get bigger,but not visibly bigger unless i flex my arms,when my arms arent flex i appear skinny,
like all the weight goes to my stomache,

whats the best way going about building my upper body?
what should i eat that will help gain better progress,and also how many times a week should i lift weights,
im 16 by the way

diet strictly. thats your first thing. if you arent feeding the right nutrients to your muscles they aint gonna grow. the main exercises to do when you need to grow on your arms are...
barbell curls, preacher curls (great for creating peak), incline dumbell curl and high cable curl. do each of these exercises consisting of 4-5 sets. start off with a light weight to warm up for about 10 reps. then each time you increase your reps you increase the weight. Until you feel your muscles pump really hard and they are absolutely burning to the point you are going to grunt really loud push yourself 1 more set extra and completely burn off that maximum point and grunt if you have to because that is serious pain and you will be sweating like crazy on the 2nd set. for your triceps i recomend lying triceps barbell extension, weighted bench dip, close grip bench press (the best one), and straight bar pressdown. use the same reps and sets and push through as hard as you can until you completely cant pull the bar over or down anymore.

I wouldn't spend too much time worrying about it, or lifting dry weights. You might want to get into the martial arts, instead.

The best way yo grow your show muscles is either chin-ups or reps. Lifting weights will help strengthen your pectorals.

Pushups, best way. Full pushups, until your arms are making a 90 degree angle or more. Don't stop until you feel like you're going to die, do this before you go to bed, and when you get up.

Lift heavy wieghts, and eat protien foods for muscle gain. Also, drink lots of fluids when working out. hope that helps.

pik up a sack of rice and run1 block then after the 1 block look for a tree tap it 3 times then go home lift weights then go out and get the rice by the tree

Lift weights. Lift slow and heavy. Start, at most, every other day. Also, let me give you some advice: don't just build up your upper body. It's a sad state of affairs when a man is huge in the arms, but has legs that will snap like twigs.

You should only work out every other day. If you want to do every day do upper one day lower next . I did push ups and sit ups every night.

Do pull-ups or chins. They're like squats for your upper body....they will give you a huge back and arms becaus eyou can overload the muscle more than by doing curls alone.

Isolate your triceps, biceps, and shoulders. Make sure you work the different sections of the bicep and don't just do regular curls.

Food intake deals with weight loss or weight gain so take in what you can eat. Push-ups and pull-ups will build muscular arms and give you strong arms that won't tire out. I do these all the time and I also do self resistance exercises. This helps with my swimming. To get technical lol, The more tension you put into an exercise the less reps you'll need. Heres a great site that'll help you with your goals to achieve big arms, this helped me a great deal.
