Question: im fat and annoying, and my friends ( if i have any ) and family keep making fun of me, any help?

Well then you should get new friends cuz if they call you fat thats not very nice ( E-mail me ill be your friend ) And if your family calls you fat then sit down and talk to them tell them how you feel

go on a diet

first off. your not annoying and if your friends and family are making fun of you then hit the gym and use their negative comments as fuel for your workouts and channel that anger. Get fit and don't even bother with your so called "friends" and talk with your family about how that makes you feel and that you would like their help in controling your weight not negative feedback.

kill them all...........lol jk umm well yea if your friends and family make fun of u obviously they arent good friends and obviously ur family doesnt know that family is supposed to love u no matter what but yea if you are so worried what others think of you then find a good dietician around your area and go talk to them and see what they say and maybe you can loose some weight

Cuz If I was fat i'd want my friends to tell me so I'd know.

First, google search BMI and put your weight and height in the calculator to see if you are really overweight.
Ignore your friends and family. They shouldn't make fun of you. Making fun of someone's weight can lead to an eating disorder and then won't their faces be red.

Eat healthy: breads, cereals, fruits, vegetables, meat, etc. Cut out junk food, or just rarely have it. Exercise a few times a week. Go walking or jump on a trampoline, if you have one.

thats not nice that family n friends are making fun of u. Tell them how much u dont like it and ask them to stop. if they still dont stop, get rid of the friends and make new ones. Satnd up to the family and tell the family to help and encourage u instead of teasing u. Let them know that they're not helping u one bit by teasing u..and infact are only making things worse for you.

Firstly, if your fat, you can do something about that, but I don't understand why your annoying? That's something you'll have to work on yourself. Plus, if your friends are making fun of you, then they shouldn't be your friends. You don't deserve crap like that from them.
You need to get yourself on a weight loss program. Eat the recommended amount of calories per day, and make sure they are good calories. Eat a lot of veg and fruit, and cut out all of the bad foods like soda, chocolate etc. Also, try to eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day as apposed to 3 large ones. Doing this will naturally increase your metabolism and you will lose body fat much quicker.
Start at your own level, but you need to aim to do cardio work for atleast 30 minutes 3 times a week along with your new diet. The more intense the cardio work, the more fat you will burn off, it's as simple as that. Try when you can to do your cardio work as soon after you get up as possible, as this is the time when more fat is burned. Don't eat anything for up to 2 hours before you go to bed, as any excess fuel that you intake will be stored as food when your sleeping and not using it. Drink plenty of water, and take regular walks.

If you follow what I have said here, then I guarantee you will lose weight.
