If I want to lose a least a 1-3lbs a week and I workout 6 days a week?!

Question: any where from 45 minutes of cardio to 40 minutes of weight lifting. How many calories should I be burning. I also have 2 jobs that have me running around a bit. So I just want to make sure I consume enough calories so I'm not feeling light headed but not so many where I'm not burning enough to meet my goal
I'm doing Weight Watchers in order to lose the weight and sticking with the amount of points given to me just doesn't seem enough. I find myself super hungry. I'm consuming about 12-1500 calories a day. Is that enough for the amount of physical activity I do?

Eat more protein with your meals. It will keep you satisfied longer and you won't feel hungry as much. If you are doing what you say you should be eating between 1500-1800 calories a day.

Maybe you should stick to no more than 1300 calories a day and be sure the calories are in the form of veggies, protein and fruits for energy. Drink more water too. It will help you lost weight faster.

Stay away from the sugar, no matter how low the calorie in take its. The fruits have the natural sugar and so does processed food, so sugar could be the worst culprit

You may want to consider to cut back on some of the weight lifting until you reach your goal. Muscle does weigh more than fat. but that weight does not count. Only the fat weight is what hurts us and clogs the arteries

Sounds like you are doing everything right and more. Just keep it up. It is more difficult for people who only need to lose a few pounds that it is for the obese lol ")

Hi Val
Ok this is what you do, go to your corner drug store or wallmart something like that and buy the product called: Alli that stuff really works. I have been using it for about 2-3 months and each week I see that I am losing 2-3 pounds per week. Keep doing your weight watcher thing; plus get the Alli, you take one capsule three times a day after meals.
Now do exactly how it says to take it, don't go over and watch out for any food, drinks that you take because if it is full of fat, you will know it. The fat comes out in your body waste, so if you over do eatting fatty things, just don't push out to pass gas because then you might have an issue in your underpants.
It will look like pizza grease, so anyway go and get some Alli it truely works. The starter pack cost 49.99 which is 60 pills the next size up is 59.99 with 120 pills I think, so check it out, girl you will see it works,
I was at 209 and now I am at 190, still have a few more pounds to go trying to get back to 145, I am very pleased with this product, it doesn't take the weight off quickly but does do it, quickly losing weight is no good, you'll only gain it back in double.
Hope you get it and it works!
