Right now i can only jog about a 1/2 mile how do i jog 2 miles in 13 weeks? with!

run a little farther every day and diet.

Depending on your weight, 13 week is plenty of time to prepare for a 2 mile run. There's no special secret to accomplish that goal. Just continue to jog, push through the pain, and go a little further every time.
