Question: I am been doing a half hour of cardio 5 day a week for about 2 months now and just started working out my stomach, legs and arms about three weeks ago. I am 5'4 and weigh 144 pounds and i really want to trim up my stomach. Anyone have any tips I am desperate! Thank you!

1. Start a diet you like. I can suggest you Colored diet
2. Change the diet every 2 weeks with new one to avoid body's getting used (this is a secret tip)
3 Exercise - continue doing what you are already doing .
4. Do other cardio exercises.

Cut down on portion sizes, i dont mean throw it all away i mean look online for the recomended daily ammount and follow it, then exersise, its not rocket science.

First, it's important to look at losing weight as a lifestyle change and not a diet. continue the cardio workout except you should probably extend the amount of time you do it. try increasing your workout time to like an hour. Also it would be really good to add some light weight work outs becaues it will help you tone your body and most importantly increase your metabolism. Eat very healthy small meals and drink lots of water!
