Wait. NO you wont lose weight. you will retain more water since you are starving yourself. you have an intake of what 400 Calories a day? max? you body is metabolising the sugar from pop to fat and feeding off of muscle and joint tissue. Try a normal food shedule and see what happens. the most fit people in the world eat ever 2 - 3 hours. even if its toast for breakfast to start you will find your hungry for luch (and thats a good thing) and dinner.
Im sure youve heard the fire metatphor. You Metabolism is a fire, if you dont feed the fire it goes out. if you feed it the right things it goes higher longer and lets you lose weight.

Caffine in general also is a metabolism decraser so stop the coffee too.
Egg whites and toast in the morning
Can of tuna and toast lunch
Chiken with salad.
IF you STARVE yourself (and even if your not hungry you are starving your body) it will go oposite of theway you want.

It is dumb not to proper eat breakfast and lunch.... try eating normally and see what will happen.

On average people who drink 1 can of pop a day stop they loose around 10 pounds. By swapping your pre-dinner snack for a proper breakfast you will see better results. The breakfast will boost your metabolism.

yes, you will lose some pounds very quickly. Depending on the amount you drink, up to ten, although more likely 3 - 5.

Lose the bedtime snack and eat something for breakfast. This will boost your metabolism and keep you more satisfied throughout the day.
Tea at lunch would make an excellent replacement.

Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I'm also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me (it's all 100% natural - a colon cleanse that was really gentle on my body. I feel so good and I lost 15 pounds). You can check the website at
http://www.be-happy-diet.us , I had a free trial and paid less than $5.00 shipping and handling. Best of luck!

well first of all, breakfast is the most imporatn meal of the day, and having pop is dangerous, because you srent getting the energy and strength yew need. cutting down will definitley make you lose alot of lbs. DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH YOU CAN GAIN FROM THAT STUFF?!! its not your fault for drinking it all the time, becasue it gets addicting. try having other night, and cutting back every few days even more and more. after a while, you shold only have about 2-3 sodas each week, and for me; i only have about 1-2 a month!so0o try to cut back before it gets too out of hand =)

good luck

You're eating habits are very unhealthy and are most likely causing you to hold on to EXTRA weight, believe it or not. First of all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eating a well-balanced, low-fat breakfast boosts your metabolism for the entire day and then helps your body get energy and burn fat throughout the day. Try a small bowl of oatmeal or a bowl of Cheerios with skim milk. Then for lunch you should have an actual meal as well. How about a tuna or turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato on whole wheat bread and a piece of fruit? Or a small serving of pasta? Then for dinner you should also be eating a full meal. For example, a piece of fish or chicken with veggies. You're eating WAY too little and when you do that, your body tries to cling to any fat it has, making it impossible to lose weight. I can't imagine you having any energy either.

It sure doesn't sound like you are eating enough calories - check out this site to see what you need.
