Ok Does this sound good??!


Question: Ok i want to loose ten punds bye the first day of spring ( Plus I have been working since January at it) I have lost5 pounds so far! For that 5 more is this a good way to get it off?

M and W I go to a 1 hour cardio class at the Y I also do 50 sit ups! plus the 40 at the class~

T and th I do squats , bike, Jogging and Crunches (50)

Friday I swim or jog and do some crunches!

I eat Light yoplait yogurt for breakfast and some whole grain toast!

Usually something Like a sandwich or soup for lunch

And Something like meat and vwggies for dinner!

All is low calorie and fat and Meat is lean!

Please be honest!

it does sound good! you might want to consider trying a little more weight training (e.g. arms and upper body stuff) since you've got your midsection and legs pretty well covered, but other than that, i'd say you're on track to losing your other five pounds, and healthily.

You sound like you are on the right track. Your exercise during the week is awesome! Congrats on that! As far as food goes, one thing that I know really helps so that you don't feel deprived is eat six small meals a day. For example: breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, night snack. This will keep your metabolism going strong. You just want to make sure that you don't go below 1200-1500 calories (depending on your age) or you can actually slow your metabolism down, making it harder to lose weight.

whaoh dude... Your missing out on major calorie burning muscles! You go to the Y than you have the ability to do alot more!

So this is what you should do work out a different muscle group a day.
Mon-Fri
use one of thease each day and change it up
cheast, legs, core, back, arms
Muscle burns calories. you only have to do about 20-40 min of cardio a day.. So ease up unless your want a runners body.

Your on the right step but you have to mix it up a bit. My reconmindation for the future is pick up a Muscle and Fitness magizine. my montly bibles
