Good Way To Lose Weight?!

Question: I'm 18 years old, 5'4, 150 lbs and I'm hoping to get down to about 110 -120 lbs before July.

For my meals throughout the day I was thinking:

Breakfast:
- 1/4 c. Almonds (raw, unsalted)
- Banana
- 1 c. Soy Milk (unsweetened)

Snack:
- Apple

Lunch:
- 1/4 c. Brown Rice
- 1 c. Soy Milk (unsweetened)
- Orange

Snack:
-Celery

Supper:
- 1/4 c. Almonds (raw, unsalted)
- 1 c. Romaine Lettuce
- 10 Baby Carrots

Snack:
- Celery

And drinking water throughout the day.

And for exercise I just purchased a trainer for my bike so that I can ride indoors, so I was hoping to get on that for an hour- 3 times a day (so 3 hours each day). I also have an interval circuit training class every Tuesday for an hour. And whenever I have to work I walk there but it's only like 10 minutes away.

So my question is, based on what I would eat and the exercise I would do, would I be able to get my weight close to 120 lbs before July?

Yes it will.
Congrats you're anorexic.
You can eat more you know?
You don't have to starve yourself!
And exercising just 1 hour a day is plenty!
Just eat healthy (more!) and stay fit through exercising!

Here's a plan:

-Breakfast: Raisin Bran, Flaxseed cereal, granola or muesli with yoghurt. And a glass of fruit juice (blueberry, orange, pomegranate, whatever you like).

-Snack: An apple, a pear, or raspberries, strawberries whatever.

-Lunch: Lentils, baby carrots (about 10), veggie soup.

-Snack: An apple, a pear, etc.

-Dinner: 2 portions of veggies (any), and some meat (or a vegetarian alternative).

-Snack: ICE-CREAM with blueberries or raspberries (frozen works too)

Exercise 1 hr a day every day of the week (try to do cardio, weight training for 30 minutes and jog/run for 30 minutes). Movement will keep you happy and energetic. :-)

If you screw up one day, it's okay. Not all is lost! Just try and pick it back up the next day.

I hope this will help you out!
Good Luck
