Get on a 900 calorie a day diet.. eat lots of veggies, 8-8ozs of water over the day. You can only be on it a week but you should drop the weight by then.

That is horribly unhealthy the most you're supposed to loose is 2 lbs per week

cut out the fat/sugar and bread group. u'll lose the weight. i've tried it. it'll mostly be water tho (any diet that allows u to lose weight faster than 2-3lbs per week is just water weight)

you need to eat healthy and try to limit calories to 1,200 a day. drink water only and lots of it. run every other day to start. the more calories you burn the more weight you loose just make sure your eating healthy.

drop your calorie count. eat very healthy including fruit, pita turkey sandwiches with no mayo (mustard's ok), special k, stir fry veggies. you'd be surprised how much you can eat and cut calories. i'd say no more 1000 calories ( you dont have to count fruit and veggies calories)

easy:
breakfast - cereal like special k and banana or other fruit. or low cal yogurt with fruit. or egg whites with spinach or egg whites with salsa, etc

lunch - pita sandwich with lunch meat like turkey, tomatoes, avocadoes, alfalfa sprouts or lettuce, no mayo, mustard. also eat fruit for lunch in addition to sandwich.

dinner - stir fry veggies, fruit, salads

drink lots of water, no juice, no soda

as much cardio as you can handle. take a class at the gym. dancing helped me lose weight. cardio is key. cardio kickboxing and dancing helped me with a low cal diet.

you can also do the no carb diet but that's so hard and extra unhealthy. BUt it will do the trick for you

good luck

That's incredibly unhealthy, and any weight you lose you'll gain back quickly. Starvation diets cause your metabolism to crash, and when you begin to eat normally again your metabolism will be too low to process the foods - you'll gain more than you lost, and you'll be gaining at a faster rate because of the extremely low metabolism. Also, rapid weight loss leaves loose, flabby skin.

A better approach is to aim for a 1 to 2 pound loss per week. Not only is it healthy, it's actually pretty easy. Since one pound is 3500 calories, you can eliminate 500 calories a day to lose a pound a week. To do this, cut 250 calories from your daily diet and burn the other 250 in daily exercise.

Don't get discouraged. Start now - even a couple of pounds is a noticeable difference.

You can, but it will be mostly muscle. If you create to much of a calorie deficit your body will tend to burn off muscle rather than fat.

Good posture can visually remove 10 pounds from your frame!

Before a photo-shoot, models will have what's called a colonic. They say that makes their tummies slimmer. Read about it below. It may be a little more than you're willing to do, but it'd probably help you lose weight.

You should consult your doctor before you start any weight loss program. It is extreme and probably not possible, but you can try to do all you can and I think you'll be ok if it's just for 2 weeks. Just don't do anything extreme for longer than that.

Good luck! :)
