I need some tips on what to eat/do to loose weight?!


Question: Ok so I am a vegetarian and im looking to loose a couple pounds before the begining of June, or the summer season, I can be a pretty picky eater too, Im not looking to loose alot of weight i am mainly looking to loose a couple pounds and tone my body up, i wouldnt mind loosing my love handles and tone up my tummy, any tips?

Do a lot of cardio, thats the only way to loose the fat. As for eating; spinach is real low in calories but not many people like it, whole grain flour, brown rice (no white flour). Limit your intake of fruit juices as they have a ton of sugar.

You need to burn 3500 calories to loose 1 lbs of fat. You can use these websites to workout a diet and workout plan.

But no matter what you hear people say, situps wont get rid of the tummy fat. Only cardio will do that.

I would say to cut down on the sugars and the junk food, and make sure you're watching your portions when you eat. And to tone up around the tummy and love handles, I would say you should do pilates, or the Ab Ripper from the P90X series. DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!
