Has anyone successfully lost weight on slimfast?!
Question: I personally have not tried it however, I've known people who have. Of the two people who have tried the Slim Fast diet, they've both given up because of having to constantly visit the restroom. Neither are lactose intolerant but whatever is in the shake is giving them the runs! It makes it sound like the reason why people lose weight is probably because the drink is making their bowels unable to keep food in.
Sounds funny but that is the only experience I've had with it. I hope others can tell you more.
