What is the quickest, easiest, and healthies way to lose weight?!

Running is the best all over fat burner. If you do not like running, have breathing problems or cannot run, you can walk at an incline. For example if you walk on a treadmill at 4 mph at 10 incline for 45 minutes, you have burned 500 calories. Eat mostly fruits, vegetables, and protiens. Try to cut back on sugar or not eat anything full of sugar such as candy, cookies, etc but natural sugars (found in fruit) are fine. Here is a meal plan that will help you lose weight fast and not be too hard to follow:

BREAKFAST
1/2 grapefruit
2 egg whites
slice of whole wheat toast

LUNCH
pear
banana
Fiber One bar
serving size bag of Sunchips(your choice of flavor)
celery with peanut butter

DINNER
breaded and baked fish (any kind you like) or chicken
peas or any kind of vegetable
brown rice

SNACKS
cottage cheese
fruit
vegetables
protien shake (one scoop protien powder, nonfat milk, frozen fruit)


Also make sure you drink enough water. Drink one glass on nonfat skim milk a day or have it in a shake and then drink NOTHING but water. Take your weight and divide it by 2. The convert pounds to ounces. For example, if you weighed 150 lbs then divide by 2 = 75 lbs then convert to ounces - 75 ounces of water a day. Make sure to drink that much water every day.

to lose weight you need a fast metabolism. dieting slows it down,eat 3 meals a day, no junk food and snackbetween meals dried fruit is a good snack

Eat a variety of healthy foods in moderation and do a comfortable amount of exercise. Do not listen to any crazy fad diets because they are trying to SELL YOU something. They want your money, not your health.

Losing a large amount of weight puts strain on your system and can, no exaggeration, KILL YOU. Teenage girls die all the time because of stupid diets. Don't do anything stupid. Just eat healthy and get exercise and be happy with yourself.

Overweight people who diet to reach a healthier weight are more likely to die young than those who remain fat, according to a study. It is well proven that losing weight reduces the risk of heart disease and diabetes among the obese, but the new study suggests that dieting also causes physiological damage that in the long term can outweigh the benefits.

The study, which was carried out in Finland, followed 2,957 overweight or obese people who had been screened to ensure they had no underlying illnesses. Analysis of the data showed that those who wanted to lose weight and succeeded were significantly more likely to die young than those who stayed fat.

"Healthy overweight or obese subjects who try to lose weight and succeed in doing so over a six-year period suffer from almost double the risk of dying during the next 18 years compared with subjects who do not try to lose weight and whose weight remains stable," said Dr Sorensen.

The finding is supported by an earlier study by researchers at the US National Centre for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion in Atlanta.

It followed 6,391 overweight or obese people for nine years and found that those who had no intention of losing weight and even gained weight were least at risk of dying young.

Use Lot of Fluids, Control your diet, (Eat two Times a day ,Breakfast and Dinner) do work out for one hour daily, Jogging, walk or any other exercises.

remember any artificial methods of loosing weight have side effects though they claim for that.
