Please help, I keep gaining!!?!


Question: I try every year, every month and nothing, I just give up, and I feel worse.

So I'm gunna try again, so that I can be ready for Summer!! Heres what my plan is:

Diet: No bread, no junk food. Mainly i'll eat fruits, veggies, and cottage cheese, fish, some chicken (I don't eat red meat so....)

Excercise: Turbo Jam!! (walking, and sometimes I go to the Gym(I sneak in haha)

Also, I'm going to give up Diet pop and drink water and crystal light.

Someone told me to drink two liters of Distilled water a day, this is my 2nd of doing all this.



What do you all think, Could I lose anything? How fast?

First, it's important to look at losing weight as a lifestyle change and not a diet. Losing weight and keeping it off takes self discipline - you have to make yourself eat the right foods and exercise.
Eat lots of fiber, veggies, and protein. Watch your sugar intake and make sure you don't exceed 1500-2000 calories a day. Stay away from processed foods that are nothing more than empty calories. You would be surprised how much weight you can lose by changing what you drink. Juice and pop with are loaded with sugar. You even have to watch drinking coffee with fatty creamers. Drink things without sugar and see how much weight you lose.

ok, you can loose, but it depends on your body. Main think is calorie intake, water and exercise. Keep up the good work its not easy. I just got back on track myself

you can surely lose few pounds or kg only if you really stick to your plan..

first, start slow on the diet change. allow yourself one 'bad' thing ( a small serving) maybe once a week. If you go cold tukey you will fall back to eat the way you were before

do you drink a lot of tea and coffee if so caffine can slow down you metabilizum try switching to to decaf and you could lose weight

Anybody can loose weight sucessfully.
