What if I don't use all my points in a day with Weight Watchers?!


Question: There are times when I have 6-10 points left at the end of the day and I am not hungry. Should I eat or is it ok to just lose those points?

you need to eat your points. those points are assigned to you based on your weight and nutritional needs. you're not getting the calories or nutrition you need by discarding those points(that is alot of points) if you are having trouble eating all your points try adding good fats to your meals and snacks throughout the day. drizzle olive oil on pasta or salad. throw some shaved almonds into a chicken recipe. add a little bit of tuna to a pasta dish or use to top some whole wheat crackers.

Its fine cause the goal is to lose weight and watch your calorie in take so your fine and keep up the good work
Remember cadrio wont hurt you so do some walking if your not felling up to joging. Do that for about 1mile and a half every other day
