Why can't I loose these stubborn 10 lbs.!!!!?!


Question: I've been trying to loose it for the last two years!!!! I'm 16 and for the last 1 1/2 years I havn't eaten any pop, fast food, candy, doughnuts or anything that isn't good. But for the last 2 years I've been trying to loose 10 lbs. but it seems to be really hard. I've tryed so many different things. ******My real problem seems to be in portion conrol of the healthy things,******* and being motivated to exercise(I hate it) It just seems SO HARD to loose these stubborn 10 lbs!!!! My mom says it's baby fat, but how long will it take to loose? What do I have to do to get rid of it? Please help me & thank you.

The reason you can not loose any more weight is

Because you work out routine and diet have balanced out. What you eat you use to live on so to say.

Now you have to step up a notch in work out times and stress of each movement you do. Break a sweat once and a while after you have warmed up and

First check your pulse before work out. Then after each set take a break to let the pulse come to with in 20 of what it was. Then start again. The below.

Get your breathing need to be done out of your mouth for max. 2 minutes in each interval of exercise.

If you are already have achieved this add time to it in need of more air in each breath that is. STRESS is your goal now Push it

Waa Laa good by 10 lbs maybe even a couple to boot.

i'm guessing that the the weight you're at now is close to what you are ata a kinda average weight. if you're overweight (not saying you are) then losing weight will be easy but once you get down closer to your natural weight it gets harder and harder to lose. but if you just keep dieting and exercising it will come off eventually. i had the same problem.
