How many calories should I consume daily?!
Question: I'm starting my diet up again, after going of of it from stress, excitement, etc. But how many calories should I be eating? I want to loose a VERY STUBBORN 10 lbs. ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!! I've been trying for TWO YEARS!!!!! AHHHHHHH!
I'm 16 years old and i am 5'6
I weigh 140

about 1500-2000, however you just have to burn off more calories then your taking in. and actually as a matter of fact being your height and weight is actually the target weight for women of that height you can be from 133-150 depending on your body frame
Go to mypyramid.gov. then go to to my pyramid plan. it tells you how many caloreis you should eat and everything.
2000 calories keeps your weight 1500 is how much
1500-2200
umm for guys most is 2800 with regular exercise for girls is 2200 with exercise.
