Take whey protein and creatine. Creatine will buff you up as it gives you more energy in the weight room when you lift. Drink plenty of water through-out the day for it though. Also, try a workout plan like this:
Monday-Upper body
Tuesday-Lower body
Wednesday-Off
Thursday-Upper
Friday-Lower
Saturday and Sunday-Off

running, jogging

For starters your doing a good job. But you should try Billy blanks taebo amped. it works trust me. you feel it with in the first workout. Good luck. :)

yeah, cardio can help tone all over and make muscle show more because it eliminates fat. make sure your weight training is high intensity and makes you tired so your getting something out of it. drink a lot of water too. getting buff can take a while you just have to be patient sorry. but within 4 weeks you should see improvement. you'll thank yourself later for sticking to your weight training!

Get a plan only to make sure you are not working out the same muscles day after day. You need variety to get the best results. good luck

There is no secret formula for getting big fast.....legally that is. Keep working out. Make sure you work out each muscle group. Bench press doesnt workout every muscle in your upper body. It hits your chest mostly, with some work put on your tri's and shoulders. That still leaves out your back and bis. You dont say how old you are or how much experience you have with working out. Just remember millions of people fail at exercise programs every year due to lack of knowledge or effort. Your diet and rest plans just as important role in gaining mass as wht you do in the gym does. Email if you want some more specifics on designing a workout program.
